About The Position

We are looking for a talented Finance Systems Analytics Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance for Cummins Inc. in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact by developing a strong understanding of finance systems and reporting processes, contributing to finance systems improvement initiatives, partnering with end users to validate new system functionality, creating customized reports and performing ad hoc analysis, helping to maintain the integrity, security, and compliance of finance systems, collaborating with various teams to deliver system solutions, proactively identifying and resolving system issues, and supporting user adoption and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of finance systems and reporting processes, enabling you to support business users with accurate, efficient, and reliable system solutions.
• Contribute to finance systems improvement initiatives by assisting with the development, testing, and implementation of enhancements that drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
• Partner with end users to validate new system functionality, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and support effective financial decision-making.

• Collaborate with Finance Systems, Information Technology, and project teams to deliver system solutions that improve processes, enhance user experience, and support organizational goals.
• Proactively identify and help resolve system issues, minimizing business disruptions and ensuring finance applications remain reliable and effective for end users.
