About The Position

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week paid program for rising junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students. Interns gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced professionals, collaborate across functions, and develop professional skills at PHOENIX Retail, LLC, a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2 to August 5 and is based at the company’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The program includes professional development workshops, networking and mentorship opportunities, a cross-functional group project, social events, group outings, and volunteer opportunities. The Finance intern will work alongside Finance professionals and cross-functional partners, maintain finance reporting, analyze business trends to support decision-making, and present an end-of-summer recap to senior finance leadership. The position requires full-time availability for the 10-week program and adherence to a four-days-in-office approach. Interns must relocate to the office location; housing accommodations are not provided. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States, as PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Available to work in the office four days per week.
Able to relocate to the office location; housing accommodations are not provided.
Able to commit to the entire 10-week program, June 2 to August 5.
Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Nice To Haves

Preferred GPA at or above 3.2.
Rising junior or senior undergraduate or graduate student.

Responsibilities

Work alongside Finance professionals and cross-functional partners.
Update and maintain weekly and monthly finance leadership and executive-level reporting.
Analyze business trends, including sales, margin, and/or expenses, to assist Finance decision-making.
Present an end-of-summer internship recap to senior finance leadership.
