Requirements
- Strong coachability skills
- Able multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems
- Flexibility to work overtime when volumes dictate
- Understanding of FIS policies and procedures and workflows
- High School Diploma

Responsibilities
- Enters/uploads information into systems
- Review and approve bank transactions submitted by third party
- Analyze and sort postal mail
- Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task
- Assists in special projects
- Review and resolve internal customer inquiries
- Other related duties assigned as needed
