As a key liaison for accounts payable and payroll processes, this leader collaborates closely with managers and senior leaders across ministries. This role assists in the facilitation of capital projects, participates in ministry‑level planning, and contributes to the development of annual budgets and long‑term strategies. The Director is also responsible for creating and managing dashboards, executing internal audit recommendations, and leading regional and ministry‑level special projects. A core responsibility includes partnering with the Providence accounting team to ensure monthly financial statements accurately represent clinical and operational performance.
