About The Position

In the Operations manager role, you will act as the key liaison between the client, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery of Finance services. As a senior Operations Manager in an Engagement Manager role, the responsibilities are as below.

Requirements

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global onshore-offshore delivery teams.
• Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C & FPnA).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods.
• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.

Nice To Haves

• SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
• 10-15 years of Finance & Accounting experience with exposure to client-facing and global delivery environments.
• Experience in the Chemicals and Energy industry.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a large multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between client, onshore, and offshore teams.
• Manage day-to-day client queries and escalations.
• Drive collaboration across Finance operations teams.
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and Finance process discussions.
• Provide status updates and stakeholder communication.
