About The Position

The Senior Finance Analyst, Functions-Finance performs and reviews financial planning and analysis activities, integrating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to build understanding of business performance and support business strategy development. With minimal supervision, the role conducts complex analyses, generates insights, and leads continuous improvements that enhance business decision making.

The position provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis for an assigned business group or function; evaluates business development opportunities; develops complex models and ad hoc analyses; and improves financial processes through data and technology. It also supports integrated business planning, monitors performance against strategic decisions, and coordinates stakeholder input and quantitative summaries for senior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide timely, accurate, and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analysis for an assigned business group or function.
• Translate financial metrics into relevant insights to improve decision making, performance, and business growth.
• Partner in financial evaluations of new business development opportunities.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and complex models, including cost-of-services analyses and related financial and non-financial trends, to support decisions and evaluate key performance indicators.
• Lead improvements in data and technology that support standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Prepare complex financial reports and presentations to communicate initiatives and results to business teams and other partners.
• Partner with cross-functional finance peers to advance finance strategy and business or functional goals.
• Develop and implement tools, benchmarks, models, and reporting to provide insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Partner to manage key financial risks and implement integrated business planning, forecasting, and operating reviews for the business group or function.
• Monitor performance against strategic decisions and provide financial support, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation.
• Coordinate commercial conversations, review stakeholder inputs, and prepare quantitative summaries of future estimates for senior team members.
