About The Position

The Finance Rotational Program (FRP) aims to cultivate a strong pipeline for succession planning within a world-class Finance organization. This three-year program includes three one-year rotational assignments within the Finance function, covering manufacturing, division, and corporate areas. The rotations are designed to offer participants diverse learning experiences and exposure to various Finance roles, accelerating their career development and allowing them to make significant contributions to the organization. The program features robust and challenging assignments, ongoing mentoring and visibility with top leaders, continuous coaching, and opportunities for personal, group, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 3-year commitment to the rotational program.
  • Mobility within the U.S. for annual rotation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, and/or Finance or equivalent.
  • Introductory knowledge of data analytics tools and related programming languages (SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Visual Basic/macros, Python).
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint required.
  • Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge required.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and link to business implications.
  • Ability to evaluate large volumes of complex data and builds actionable reports.
  • Supports the detailed design and development of dashboard reporting.
  • Excellent communication (including presentation) skills.
  • Data driven problem solving capability.
  • Continuous process/product improvement capability.
  • Interest in working in different Finance function areas.
  • Comfortable working on their own and in groups.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related area.
  • Desire to obtain certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.).
  • Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt certification.
  • PeopleSoft and/or SAP experience.
  • Cost accounting/manufacturing experience.
  • Collaborative and business partnership approach.
