About The Position

The Finance Professional Development Program (FPDP) at Abbott offers rotations in various work environments, including corporate and division headquarters, manufacturing plants, and other operating settings. Participants will be mentored by a senior financial leader throughout the program. Assignments are available in multiple global locations, including the US (Lake County, IL; Columbus, OH; Austin, TX; Twin Cities, MN; Multiple cities in California), Europe (Germany, UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium), Asia (Singapore), and Latin America (Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia).

Requirements

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar.
Geographically mobile and willing to do at least one six-month assignment outside of home country.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
6 to 12 months of previous work experience in Finance or Accounting.

Nice To Haves

Graduating BS/BA students with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
Strong academic records.
Demonstrated leadership through organizational involvement.
Minimum of one internship in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities
