Responsibilities
- Ensures a smooth transition from Sales to Finance during the customer’s vehicle purchase process
- Work directly with customer to develop strong relationships
- Determine financing needs and payment options with customer
- Present pricing and financing options to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactions
- Set and achieve sales goals assigned
- Complete all administrative processes in a timely manner
- Follow all company policies and compliance procedures
