About The Position

Serve as a working manager responsible for structuring, submitting, and finalizing all finance deals Process deals in a timely manner while ensuring full compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations Verify accuracy of all paperwork including title, lien, tax, and contract documentation Obtain approvals from multiple finance sources and finalize all required documentation Present financing options, protection products, and warranties to customers in a professional manner Ensure all customer satisfaction and compliance forms are completed and properly submitted Treat all customers in accordance with dealership standards and deliver a high-quality experience Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and insurance providers Stay informed on all special finance programs and communicate updates to dealership leadership Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize profitability on every deal Assist sales staff with deal structuring and negotiations, including in the absence of the Sales Manager Partner with the service department to provide warranty and product support as needed Track and maintain daily logs of finance activity and report performance to management Monitor dealership traffic and compare performance against daily activity and sales logs Establish and manage daily operating controls for the finance department Develop and maintain finance forecasting aligned with dealership sales goals Prepare and present monthly reports on finance penetration, product sales, and income performance Set, track, and achieve monthly performance objectives and key metrics Participate in sales meetings and manager meetings to support overall dealership success Ensure proper follow-up processes are in place for all completed sales Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership sales and finance policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Two years of experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning possibilities.

  • Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
  • Must be a notary or be able to become a notary
