About The Position

We are seeking a high-caliber leader to stand up a top-notch Finance PMO (Project Management Office). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for a strategic operator who thrives in the "gray space." You will be the glue between Finance, Legal, Engineering and Product, ensuring our most critical corporate milestones are executed with precision.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ year progressive work experience Management Consulting, Strategic Finance/Planning, or a PMO lead role within a high-growth AI or SaaS environment
  • Experience with M&A cycles preferred (from DD to integration)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective communication skills at all levels within the company and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proven ability to deliver change, improve and streamline processes, drive efficiency, and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.

  • Startup/scaleup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the ‘M&A Playbook’ for the company, covering everything from initial due diligence to post-merger integration.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance to identify risks and synergies during the deal phase.
  • Drive the 100-day integration plan for newly acquired entities, ensuring culture, systems, and financial reporting are unified seamlessly.
  • Architect and lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including the design of integrated planning timelines, standardized financial templates, and executive stage-gate reviews to ensure organizational alignment on fiscal goals.
  • Drive strategic resource planning by performing gap analyses between proposed Product/Engineering roadmaps and current headcount constraints, ensuring the company has the necessary headcount to execute its highest-priority initiatives.
  • Act as the "special ops" lead for finance leadership on high-priority projects that don't have a natural home.
  • Identify bottlenecks in our current financial operations and design scalable, automated solutions.
