About The Position

The Finance & Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the Finance and Operations teams in general project management, financial analysis, and operational tasks for Porsche Engineering Services North America. This is a cross-functional role that offers exposure to both operational workflows and financial processes within a global brand. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires being in the office 5 days per week. It is a full-time internship.

Responsibilities

Assist in general project management tasks, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support resource allocation efforts across operational projects
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, etc.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
Assist in vendor and supplier communication as needed
Assist the finance team with the preparation and organization of financial reports, summaries, and presentations
Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including data entry and report preparation
Help prepare internal financial presentations for leadership review using Excel and PowerPoint
