Finance & Operations Manager
About The Position
ennVee is seeking a results-oriented professional to bridge our sales operations and marketing functions. This role is integral to driving pipeline efficiency, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring consistent client engagement, all within a growing, enterprise-focused consulting environment. ennVee is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to take the reins on payroll, accounting operations, and benefits administration for our U.S. team. ennVee is a global enterprise technology firm with a 25-year track record helping clients modernize on Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SAP. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of payroll and accounting experience, including hands-on multi-state payroll compliance preferably using Paylocity
- Strong hands-on experience with Office365, AR, AP, General Ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Comfort learning new systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of discretion, accuracy, and follow-through — you don't let details slip
Responsibilities
- Multi-state payroll compliance and semimonthly processing
- Benefits initiation and termination, coordinating directly with our broker
- Deduction review, PTO reconciliation, and expense report approval and processing
- Year-end W-2 and 1095 review
- Banking, AP, and AR for our consulting business
- General ledger maintenance and review, job costing, and financial reporting for leadership
- Timesheet review
- Company insurance audits (workers' comp, business ownership)
- Payroll and 401(k) audits, and benefits census at renewal
- Company and benefits insurance renewals; 401(k) administration and compliance
- Onboarding new hires to internal tools and serving as the point of contact for related bugs, issues, and enhancement requests
