About The Position

Oribi Manufacturing, LLC (Oribi) in Denver, CO, is a leader in advanced thermoplastic composites, serving diverse industries with automated and robotic production. Re:Build Manufacturing is building America's next generation industrial company through operational excellence and strategic acquisitions. We seek a Finance Operations Manager energized by the synergy of finance and operations, using financial management to drive business performance. This role involves partnering with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support decision-making through analysis, reporting, and planning. You will lead accounting operations, supervise the Staff Accountant, and ensure a robust financial infrastructure for Oribi's growth. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on finance experience, a strong operational mindset, and a desire for growth in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial operations or management accounting.
  • Exposure to manufacturing cost accounting, operational metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort building forecasts, closing books, and understanding production floor operations.

  • A "go to the gemba" mindset, with a willingness to regularly walk the production floor and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to build relationships with operators, engineers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly financial close process and deliver accurate, timely reporting.
  • Partner with the General Manager and operations leadership to translate financial performance into actionable business insights.
  • Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
  • Build and track operational KPIs and input metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop the Staff Accountant.
  • Transform financial data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to support new product launches, customer programs, and business development.
  • Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency.
  • Serve as the financial liaison between Oribi and Re:Build Manufacturing corporate finance.
  • Support business development with cost modeling, pricing analysis, and financial feasibility assessments.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and financial literacy.
