About The Position

Feathery automates data intake workflows for insurance and wealth management firms. Industry leaders rely on Feathery to power mission-critical workflows like underwriting, client onboarding, and automated account openings. With rapid revenue growth and expanding enterprise demand, we’re scaling our internal operations to support the next phase of company growth. As Feathery grows, operational and financial complexity grows with it — across revenue planning, cash management, vendor oversight, compliance, and cross-functional execution. We’re hiring a Finance & Operations Manager to build and own the financial and operational backbone of the company. You’ll act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring day-to-day financial discipline and operational excellence.
