About The Position

Executive Human Resource Service is seeking a Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Lead for an advanced technology services and solutions company. This role involves leading high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations that modernize financial operations, improve business performance, and create lasting organizational value. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, working alongside senior finance executives, solution architects, and technology leaders to deliver enterprise-scale initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to solve challenging business problems, lead highly visible projects, mentor talented consulting teams, and contribute to innovative digital transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience leading enterprise Finance ERP implementations.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance implementation experience.
  • Extensive experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Dimensions, Posting Profiles, Cost Management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and financial controls.
  • Working knowledge of taxation concepts including GST, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple full-cycle ERP implementations from requirements gathering through post-production support.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops, business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
  • Proven ability to develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and testing documentation.
  • Experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and production deployments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data migration activities, including validation of: General Ledger, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Opening Balances, Financial Data.
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Project Managers, and executive business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional architecture.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise financial operations and accounting best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring functional consulting teams.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker capable of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Visio, advanced Microsoft Excel, BPM tools, and Leapwork testing platform.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
