About The Position

REMLogics is a Howard Hughes Communities affiliated SaaS company that develops proprietary real estate technology focused on enterprise platform delivery, software solutions, and related commercial activity. Its integrated platform supports core real estate workflows across leasing, property management, billing, budgeting, asset management, and reporting. This position is with REMLogics, LLC, a subsidiary of Howard Hughes Corporation. While REMLogics is part of the Howard Hughes family of companies, it is a separate legal entity with its own employment terms, benefits, and policies. We are seeking a Business Systems Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role will act as the bridge between business operations and system execution by supporting requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration validation, testing, training, and user adoption activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ERP or Dynamics 365 experience
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or functional consulting initiatives, including two successful implementations
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial business processes
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with D365 F&O modules relevant to this implementation (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Project Operations)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (MB-700) or Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310 / MB-330)
  • Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or formal OCM training
  • Involvement in data migration activities including data validation, cutover planning, and mock go-live support
  • Familiarity with Power BI or D365 reporting tools for functional reporting validation

Responsibilities

  • Support functional implementation and configuration validation within D365 F&O
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test plans, and UAT scenarios
  • Execute system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate with architects and developers to resolve defects and validate enhancements
  • Assist with end-user training and organizational change management initiatives
