This role provides financial analysis and/or advanced general finance/accounting or related operational support. The Finance Operations Analyst II will understand business partner/department objectives and contribute to achieving performance/financial goals by recommending appropriate actions based on analysis and review of results. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial performance against benchmarks, reconciling variances, and explaining findings. The role also involves coordinating and executing internal/external finance projects, audits, and reporting processes, collecting data, and performing thorough data analysis with recommendations. The analyst will act as a key Finance Support resource, providing technical expertise and operational process support, and serving as a conduit for partners on operational issues. They will analyze process drivers, identify root causes of operational issues, and recommend improvements. Additionally, the role involves identifying, documenting, and resolving process exceptions and escalated matters, developing and executing reporting functions, and managing customer relationships within TD Finance.
