Finance & Operations Administrator

The Outreach Team, (Multiple States)

About The Position

The Finance & Operations Team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth financial, compliance, and operations processes that enable our field teams to focus on winning campaigns. We do this by managing the full cycle of financial processes and providing support to the project teams to ensure they have what they need to operate and keep everything in compliance. In the Finance & Operations Administrator role, you'll assist the finance and operations department as they support our campaigns. You’ll assist the finance team with the month-close process, work closely with the compliance team to help manage the review and execution of new office leases, and dive into occasional HR compliance research. You'll support our internal departments by troubleshooting issues, creating tracking tools, and ensuring our processes actually work for the people using them. This is a remote role and we can hire from candidates living in these states:: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
