That’s why we need you, a finance officer and customer account manager who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to ensure good stewardship of customer funds across lines of business. As a finance officer and customer account manager on our team, you’ll engage with project managers to keep open lines of communication. You will research and diagnose issues with project financials to determine appropriate solutions. You will create, manage, and close Service Level Agreements and collect on delinquent bills from customers to ensure accurate and compliant financial tradecraft. This is an opportunity for you to apply the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well-formed requirements. You’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project managers and customers. You will further your financial analysis experience by identifying process improvements to create efficiencies in management of customer financials.
