Requirements

• Automotive finance or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and protection products
• Work closely with the sales team to structure and close deals
• Submit deals to lenders and obtain approvals
• Complete accurate state and financial documentation
• Present products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase
• Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication with customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development
