The Finance Manager, Canada provides financial and analytical support for the assigned country/region. This role is responsible for leading a team of five, including two Senior Accountants and three AR, Credit, and Collections specialists, and ensuring the team operates effectively and in alignment with business objectives. The role is accountable for monthly financial reporting in accordance with U.S. and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), supporting the annual budgeting process, quarterly financial forecasts, KPI reporting, local statutory reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis. The Finance Manager partners closely with Commercial, Operational, and Functional stakeholders to support sound business decision‑making and financial discipline. Serving as the overall financial authority for the country, this role plays a key part in ensuring reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, efficient processes, and continuous improvement.
