About The Position

We are looking for a Finance Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll support the accuracy and structure of financial reporting while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to support senior leadership reporting and influence key decisions. It’s well suited for someone who enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insights within an FP&A environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and/or data analytics.
Experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite). SAP is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong ability to deliver strategic, value-added financial insights and analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automation or AI tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

Own and publish the monthly Reporting Book, the primary tool for financial reporting, variance analysis, and narrative across Canada.
Deliver the monthly Volume/Rate/Mix (VRM) analysis, providing insights into key revenue and gross profit drivers.
Develop finance presentations and materials for Board and leadership updates.
Maintain and publish the monthly Key Business Indicators (KBI) dashboard.
Support budgeting tools and processes, including the OPEX model, SAP, and Anaplan.
Prepare moderately complex financial reports and analyses to summarize current and forecasted performance.
Leverage multiple data sources to generate insights and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and cross-functional business initiatives as needed.
