About The Position

Kerry Inc. seeks Finance Manager at its facility located at 3400 Millington Rd, Beloit, WI 53511. This role involves working on monthly site P&L reviews, addressing profitability issues, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and partnering with various teams to understand financial impacts. The Finance Manager will also lead the annual budget process, conduct financial analysis, support executive meetings, and perform ongoing margin analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or related occupation.
  • Business Financial modelling for forecasting and budget purposes
  • Utilizing SAP to upload customer pricing, provide customer rebates, and find costings for products Run
  • Leading and owning a budgeting/forecasting process
  • Performance management, specifically creating and tracking Key business indicators
  • Business Variance analysis with Key commentary

Responsibilities

  • Work on monthly site P&L review versus PY and Budget, providing insightful commentary and proposed actions to improve performance.
  • Address profitability issues on SKUs and play a key role in developing strategies to increase business profitability.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to increase margins and boost profitability.
  • Partner with Product Line Managers and functional Line Managers to bring clarity and transparency to the financial impact of decisions.
  • Develop pricing strategies in partnership with product management.
  • Lead the annual budget process for the business, including overseeing site costs in collaboration with the site controller and plant manager, establishing product line margin expectations, and aligning volume projections with sales team finance partners.
  • Conduct financial and commercial analysis in a clear, concise, and insightful manner to support business decision-making with the leadership team.
  • Support executive and leadership meetings (e.g., Quarterly Executive meetings, Monthly management meetings) by preparing presentation materials, analyses, and strategic guidance.
  • Perform ongoing margin analysis, categorize root causes, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions to optimize margins and mitigate risk.
