McCurley Dealerships is seeking to add a driven Finance Manager to their fast-paced sales & finance department. This role oversees the entire sales operation, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and team success. The ideal candidate is a hard-working and motivated person with the experience necessary to lead the sales team and drive sales performance in the dealership.

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted objectives for themselves and others.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, communicate at a high level, and have excellent follow-through.
• Ability to use technology proficiently to track, monitor, and report on key performance objectives.
