As a Finance Manager and a trusted Finance partner to senior leaders, you will play a critical role driving informed decision-making and ensuring alignment to financial strategy. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within a complex or global organization.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools.
• Adapt and pivot with ease as priorities change.
• Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with NetSuite or Workday Adaptive Planning is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable finance partner to senior leaders and provide cross-functional support to other team members.
• Own the end-to-end capital investment and spend forecasting process for assigned functions.
• Own the end-to-end business unit financials consolidation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for executive reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain dynamic models, forecasts, and budgets that inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
• Analyze variances, identify trends, and deliver clear variance reasons to support budget alignment and to improve profitability.
• Review and approve spend requisitions, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, HR, and other teams to align financial objectives and enable seamless operations.
• Create compelling reports and presentations ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.
• Continuously assess and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
