Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement financial strategies to increase company profitability.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to support business activities and growth initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and productivity.
Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors.
Oversee cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
