About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. This role involves coordinating finance and insurance activities, assisting customers to secure financing, preparing legal documentation, and promoting extended service contracts and protection products. The Finance Manager ensures all transactions comply with legal and dealership standards, enhances customer satisfaction, and drives profitability.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of finance and insurance experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Professional, dependable, and able to work with limited supervision.
Confident personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computer and internet applications.
Previous dealership experience required.
Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Offer vehicle financing and insurance options, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership policies to customers.
Assist customers in obtaining financing through lenders in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Prepare all required state and federal documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain positive relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing programs.
Collaborate with the Sales team to refer customers to finance and ensure understanding of financing and lease programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and dealership policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
