Seen Health is revolutionizing senior care through the PACE model, integrating medical care and social support with a high-touch, interdisciplinary approach. We are building a culturally-competent and scalable PACE program, along with a comprehensive operating system focused on data and workflows. Our mission is to empower seniors to age-in-place with dignity. We are a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team with deep healthcare, technology, and operations expertise. We are hiring a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to be the operating backbone of our finance function. This is a generalist role where you will own day-to-day financial operations, build processes, work with leadership, and help scale a lean team. The ideal candidate will not just report on past performance but will influence future strategy. This role is a direct response to our growth, requiring someone who can assume full ownership of financial operations and has experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Requirements

• Healthcare industry background (PACE, value-based care, or health plan experience strongly preferred)
• Experience performing FP&A and accounting in a single role
• 5–8+ years in finance or a related field
• Background at a VC- or PE-backed company
• Startup or high-growth environment experience — demonstrated ability to build processes in lean settings
• Experience at a scaled or larger company (to understand what "good" looks like)
• Demonstrated ability to own financial operations end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Accounting fluency — experience overseeing or managing accounting functions
• Familiarity with platforms like Ramp, Rippling, or Sage
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into financial narratives
• Genuine experience with advanced technology and AI tools in finance workflows

• CPA, CFA, or relevant certification

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all day-to-day finance operations, including monthly close, billing, payroll, A/P, A/R, commissions, and cash management.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare accurate investor, board, and management reports with clear financial narratives.
• Support and eventually own accounting workflows in coordination with external accounting partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in healthcare financial reporting.
• Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable process improvements.
• Partner with Strategy, Operations, and Expansion teams on pricing, gross-margin optimization, unit economics, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a core partner to the Finance Lead and Executive Leadership Team on capital allocation, growth decisions, and financial strategy.
• Evaluate, implement, and champion finance technology, including AI-powered tools, to drive operational efficiency and enhance financial intelligence.
