About The Position

We're recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a high-growth, globally operating travel company expanding its US presence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role built for a sharp, self-directed finance professional ready to own the function from day one. The Role You'll lead all finance operations for the US entity — managing financial records, reporting, compliance, payroll, cash flow, and external audit. You'll also partner closely with a global finance team, supporting month-end close, transfer pricing, and budgeting cycles. Equal parts controller and business partner.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent) with a public accounting background
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or global business environment
• Strong grasp of US compliance requirements and financial controls
• Experience building and improving finance systems, tools, and processes
• High attention to detail, comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally
• Confident presenting to senior leadership
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent Excel skills; digitally fluent

Nice To Haves

• Travel industry experience
• 3+ years in a finance management role
• Tax preparation and strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for US financial records, compliance, and statutory reporting (payroll, sales tax, corporate tax)
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry review, and approval
• Annual planning, forecasting, and financial risk analysis
• Cash flow management and treasury oversight
• External audit management and coordination with outside advisors
• Global month-end reporting support and transfer pricing documentation
