About The Position

As the F&I Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products. You will work closely with customers to provide tailored financing options and insurance solutions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role within the automotive sales industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products relevant to automotive sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with dealership software and F&I systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Present and explain financing options, warranties, and insurance products to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with lenders to secure financing for customers, negotiating terms that are beneficial for both the dealership and the client.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies related to F&I transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase F&I product sales and profitability.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on F&I processes and product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all F&I transactions and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions.
