Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership F&I experience required
- Proven track record of production and profitability
- Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- 3 - 5+ years of dealership Finance and Insurance preferred
Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize finance deals in compliance with all regulations
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection products, etc.)
- Secure competitive financing options through lender relationships
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender guidelines
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and timely paperwork completion
