The company is seeking a passionate Finance Manager to join its Culture business unit and ensure the correct functioning of the Finance Department, contributing to improved decision-making and financial execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong experience in project or construction-based finance environments.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Draw up financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement) in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
  • Experience partnering with commercial/contracts teams.
  • Strong systems capability (SAP/ERP and advanced Excel; Power BI desirable).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Analytical review of financial statements and oversight of project financial performance.
  • Management and control of fixed assets.
  • Review, control, and coordination of accounts payable and accounts receivable with the relevant departments.
  • Budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Tax calculation, filing, and compliance.
  • Preparation of management reports and financial analysis for Management.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements and coordination with external auditors.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Supervise all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements (Tax and Legal).
  • Analyze and report on variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted targets, identifying causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
