About The Position

Kia of Leesburg is seeking a Finance Manager to join their high-volume dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering customer environments that drive growth and retention. This role is crucial in managing the financial services department and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous Finance Manager experience.
• Documented 1800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
• 3 current references (excluding friends or family).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Docupad or similar.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience.

Responsibilities

• Attain and achieve gross production goals for financial services.
• Make extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers using the menu selling process.
• Ensure all deal documentation is complete using a deal checklist.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team.
• Follow all established processes.
• Ensure all organizational activities and operations comply with guidelines and relevant regulations.
• Oversee the completion and submission of all financing documents.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and lending institutions.
• Reinforce company policies, adhere to standards, and meet reporting requirements.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
