About The Position

Melloy Ford Los Lunas is seeking a top-performing Finance Manager who can drive production, maximize every deal, and consistently deliver strong PVR. This is not an entry-level role; we are looking for a proven producer who can take ownership of the finance department and perform at a high level from day one. The ideal candidate will have full control of the finance process from turnover to funding, structure deals to maximize gross while maintaining compliance, present and close F&I products with confidence and consistency, build and leverage lender relationships, and drive PVR, product penetration, and overall store profitability. A strong customer experience is also valued, with a focus on a transparent, efficient process where customers feel informed and respected. Top performers are expected to deliver results while maintaining strong CSI/NPS and creating loyal customers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a high-performing automotive Finance Manager
  • Strong closing ability with consistent product penetration
  • Deep understanding of lenders, deal structure, and compliance
  • Confidence, urgency, and the ability to control the process
  • Ability to balance profitability with a positive customer experience
