About The Position

The Finance Manager at Victory Toyota is responsible for managing all finance and insurance activities related to vehicle sales. This role involves assisting customers with financing options, preparing necessary documentation, and selling additional products such as extended service contracts. The Finance Manager ensures compliance with all legal requirements and dealership policies while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

Minimum of two years experience in finance and insurance within an automotive dealership.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently to meet goals.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills to professionally interact with customers, vendors, and team members.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer and internet skills.
Confident personality with strong business acumen and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

Present vehicle financing and insurance options to customers clearly and accurately.
Explain aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership policies.
Assist customers in obtaining financing through various lenders in compliance with state and federal laws.
Prepare and process all required documents related to vehicle purchases timely and accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure all new vehicle sales are properly referred and supported with financing information.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
