About The Position

Kia of Port Charlotte is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their high-volume dealership. This role is commission-based with the potential to earn over $150k annually. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering customer growth and retention, and will work closely with the sales team to achieve financial services goals. Requirements

  • Previous Finance Manager experience
  • Must be a documented $1800plus PVR and 200% Product penetration producer
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record.
  • Employment based on passing a drug and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Docupad or similar a plus
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful
  • 3 current references (exclude friend or family)

Responsibilities

  • Attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
  • Makes extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers utilizing the menu selling process.
  • Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Works closely with sales team.
  • Follows all processes.
  • Ensures all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
  • Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.
  • Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
  • Reinforces company policies/adheres to company standards/reporting requirements.
  • Attend weekly manager meetings.
