Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international/overseas setting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, and financial regulations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local financial regulations.
Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth.
Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, international regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements.
Manage banking relationships and oversee foreign currency transactions.
Optimize working capital and investment strategies.
Lead and mentor the finance team in overseas operations.
Establish performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices.
