About The Position

BMW of Tampa is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up indirect financing to assist customers with their vehicle purchases, explaining available protection products, and processing all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases. You will ensure deals are processed accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval, while maintaining ethical and professional conduct and complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. This includes ensuring all compliance certifications are maintained through continual education (AFIP). You will also be responsible for checking all paperwork for correct title, lien information, and taxes before forwarding to accounting, and providing customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. A key part of this role is maintaining a process to ensure customers have the opportunity to purchase available protection products and consistently providing the sales team with current information about finance and lease programs. You will work with the sales staff to finalize transactions, ensure the collection of all finance and insurance fees, and utilize best practices, policies, and fraud prevention tools for secure and compliant deliveries. Maintaining a clean and up-to-date CIT, Deal turn, and Deal close out process to meet or exceed benchmarks is also essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Sets up indirect financing to assist in the customer’s purchase.
Provides customers with a thorough explanation of all available protection products for their new vehicle.
Completes and verifies necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used vehicle and finance departments.
Maintains all compliance certifications through continual education (AFIP).
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Maintains a process to ensure that all customers have the opportunity to purchase any/all protection products that are available and they see value.
Consistently provides the sales team and managers with current information about finance and lease programs as they are released.
Works with the sales staff and sales leaders to finalize the transaction.
Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees, documentation, and paperwork.
Utilizes all best practices, policies, and fraud prevention tools including MAG Notary, to ensure secure and compliant offsite deliveries.
Maintains a clean and up to date CIT, Deal turn, and Deal close out process that generates results to meet or exceed MAG benchmarks in these areas.
