About The Position

As a Finance Manager, you will report to VP Finance – Industrial Flow Control and support multiple brands providing visibility and analytics to KPIs, monthly financials, and quarterly forecasts / budgets. You will drive strategic planning, annual operating plan, & financial forecasting with functional partners and businesses. You will deliver objective and financially focused insights to business leaders of Industrial Flow Operating Group while playing the lead role in driving strategic initiatives, forecasting, planning, and executing against financial goals. You will also support various Corporate FP&A and leadership projects and requests as well as Industrial Flow transformational projects including build out of KPIs to P&L, ERP Conversions, and Integrations of Acquisitions. Additionally, you will implement & facilitate various weekly and monthly routines and reports as well as numerous aspects of monthly close process including variance analysis and adhoc requests as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Finance; or Economics

  • Excellent customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a SFA or Manager role
  • Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access & Power BI
