Finance Manager - West Operations
About The Position
We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our West Operations Team in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs. The Finance Manager will diagnose complex situations and present possible solutions to business leaders. This position is responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility. The role will participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning. The Finance Manager will tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions) and assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations.
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong data modeling experience
- Strong business writing skills
Nice To Haves
- Real Estate experience is a plus.
- Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus
