Requirements
- 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze P&L statements and drive operational improvements
- Manage accounting staff and mentor junior finance professionals
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
