Requirements
- Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
- Strong understanding of lenders, deal structure, and compliance
- Experience with menu presentation and product sales
- Strong communication and customer presentation skills
- High accountability and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process
- Structuring deals and securing lender approvals
- Presenting finance and protection products professionally and ethically
- Maximizing product penetration and overall PVR performance
- Ensuring compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate CIT and funding processes
- Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience
