About The Position

Ron Tonkin Toyota is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role is crucial in driving continued success by working closely with the sales team and customers to create seamless, transparent financing experiences, ultimately increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. The Finance Manager will work across both the Toyota and Mazda stores. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a strong track record.

Requirements

2+ years of F&I experience at a new car franchise.
Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
Prior Toyota/Mazda experience is strongly recommended.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive finance experience
Sales management experience with a good track record

Responsibilities

Reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures.
Preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products.
Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them.
Obtaining credit approval, securing financing, and preparing delivery documentation.
Provide world-class customer service to clients / guests.
