About The Position
Due to recent promotions, an opportunity has arisen within our F&I Team at Northtown. The Finance Manager will work with the Sales team to create an extraordinary customer experience. This role is responsible for selling Finance and Insurance products on new and used vehicles while adhering consistently to the processes in place to maintain compliance with regulations and the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
- Automotive Finance Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with customer CRM’s
- Practical problem solving ability
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written
- Math skills to be able to calculate interest; discounts; commissions
- Ability to operate smart phone, tablet and PC
Responsibilities
- Selling Finance and Insurance products on new and used vehicles
