Bayside Ford is currently looking to hire a Finance Manager. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to join our Dealer Group. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.
A team player with strong leadership qualities focused on providing exceptional customer service.
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
A results-oriented individual, with strong attention to detail, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

2 + years of dealership finance experience is preferred.
Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with products intended to protect their vehicle purchase.
Working with lenders to obtain financing approval and completing all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork.
Tracking and collecting receivables.
Working with variable department management to maximize volume and growth.
Providing training to the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
