About The Position

The Finance Manager supports and coordinates the Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene & Madison Counties’ fiscal, budget, payroll, human resources, and administrative operations. The position combines hands-on transaction oversight with budget monitoring, financial analysis, process improvement, and support to leadership and the Governing Board.

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting or finance, or relevant government accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and standard office and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical ability, accuracy, organization, confidentiality, communication, and judgment.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures, identify discrepancies, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driver license required.

Nice To Haves

• Additional education, training, or relevant experience in accounting, payroll, finance, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience with accounts payable, payroll support, fiscal administration, HR support, budget monitoring, financial reporting, or accounting/HR systems.
