About The Position

PowderKeg Harley-Davidson is seeking a driven, high-performing Finance Manager (F&I) to lead their F&I department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive or powersports F&I, a passion for Harley-Davidson, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee deal structuring, financing, and protective product sales, working closely with the sales team and lending institutions to provide competitive financing options while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive, powersports, or RV dealership environment
Proven ability to produce high PVR (Profit Per Vehicle Retailed) and penetration rates across F&I products.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), credit submission platforms, and menu selling software.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement (M1) preferred (or willing to obtain).
Must pass pre-employment screening, including background and MVR checks.

Powersports/Harley-Davidson experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with customers and sales leaders to structure financing, flex, and options that fit customer needs and dealership profit goals.
Present and sell Extended Service Plans, GAP Insurance, Tire/Wheel Protection, and Pre-Paid Maintenance with high integrity and strong product knowledge.
Maintain strong relationships with Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS) and other lending partners to secure fast approvals and competitive rates.
Ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversee accurate contract execution, title work, and credit applications.
Provide an outstanding, smooth handover process from sales to delivery, reinforcing brand loyalty and high customer experience metrics & scores.
