Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related
- 5 years’ post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as Senior Financial Analyst
- Experience in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services industry
- Experience with US GAAP and Salesforce
- Valid CPA license
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth.
- Lead annual sales budgeting process, and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals.
- Support development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed.
- Own development of new (and maintenance of existing) company-wide KPI dashboards supporting a data-driven, decision-making culture across all levels of the organization.
- Own regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation.
- Collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements.
