About The Position

You will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Supply Chain and Sourcing organization, providing guidance on key financial decisions that impact sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and cost management. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate financial implications of global supply chain initiatives, including total landed cost optimization and tariff mitigation strategies. In this role, you will help shape forward-looking supply chain strategy by identifying risks, opportunities, and cost drivers across a global supplier network. You will also lead financial reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance decision-making and operational performance. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence enterprise-wide supply chain strategy through high-impact financial insights and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain finance, sourcing finance, or operations finance required.
  • Experience working with global supply chains, including tariffs, duties, and supplier footprint strategies.
  • Ability to assess supplier financial health and evaluate risk exposure.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience with financial systems and tools such as OneStream, Power BI, or Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with supply chain and procurement leaders to evaluate sourcing strategies, supplier footprint decisions, and key cost drivers.
  • Lead development and refinement of total landed cost models and enterprise cost frameworks, incorporating freight, tariffs, duties, inventory, and working capital impacts.
  • Serve as the finance lead on global supply chain initiatives, including tariff mitigation, supplier transitions, nearshoring/onshoring, and dual sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor supplier financial health, cost competitiveness, and risk exposure, providing insights to mitigate supply disruption and financial risk.
  • Drive financial review cadence with sourcing leadership, analyzing PPV, cost-out initiatives, and key performance drivers.
  • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to commodity markets, tariffs, supplier pricing, and macroeconomic factors.
  • Support executive-level presentations on sourcing strategy, transformation initiatives, and business performance.
  • Lead monthly financial close activities for sourcing, including variance analysis and actionable performance insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sourcing finance processes, tools, and reporting using analytical and lean methodologies.
